Not an official university service

GryphLink is an independent, student-run project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the University of Guelph or the University of Guelph-Humber. University names are used only to describe who the platform is for.

Who can use GryphLink

• You must be a current student with an official @uoguelph.ca or @guelphhumber.ca email address.
• One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• The information on your profile must be accurate and about you.

Community rules

Don't use GryphLink to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against anyone.
• Break academic integrity rules — including buying, selling, or sharing assignments, exam answers, or other work in ways your course or the University's academic misconduct policy doesn't allow. Sharing your own notes and study tips is fine where your instructors permit it.
• Spam, advertise, scam, or impersonate others.
• Share someone else's personal information without their consent.
• Post illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the platform's security.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you let us store and display it to other signed-in students so the platform works. You can delete your posts, rooms, and account at any time.

Moderation

You can report a profile from its page. We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. If someone is in immediate danger, contact Campus Community Police or 911.

No warranty

GryphLink is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running and secure but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Course information comes from public university calendars and may be out of date — always check the official calendar. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform or from other users' conduct.

Changes and contact
